Q: How long before my order ships?

A: For coffee please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  Remember, this is freshly roasted coffee. 

For merchandise (mugs, t-shirt etc.), please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

*NOTE*  If coffee & merchandise are ordered together, you will receive two different tracking numbers for two different shipments.

 

Q: Do you accept Cryptocurrency?

A: Yes, we currently accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Digibyte, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic & Monero.

 

Q: How are orders shipped?

A: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes.  We currently ship within the U.S. as well as internationally.  

 

Q: How fresh is your coffee?

A: When you receive your coffee, it will have be roasted within days of you receiving it.  Not weeks or months like coffee at grocery stores.

 

Q: What's with the weird coffee bag?

A: Our flat pouches are much more user friendly than "normal" coffee bags.  They are easy to seal, easy to store, and easy to ship.

 

Q: How do I order?

A: Simply select a coffee, select a roast level, select grind size for your brewing method, go to checkout and complete your order.      

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Coffee cannot be returned for a refund or credit. In the event that Coffee arrives damaged or unsafe to consume, please contact us to return damaged products for a replacement or an equivalent replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
